Overview

Located in the Appleton Cultural Center, the Ocala Civic Theatre is one of the largest community theatres in Florida and one of the top 20 community theatres in the US. OCT puts on many fully staged, professional-quality live performances each season in addition to hosting touring companies. The theatre is both professionally staffed and volunteer-based.
