Join us for a free spooktacular celebration on the WEC Grand Plaza from 1pm to 3pm on Sunday, October 27.

Gather your family and embark on a trick-or-treating adventure on the plaza. Parade past retailers and restaurants throughout the Grand Plaza on the way to cookie and pumpkin decorating, courtesy of Signature Brands. Capture family memories in the photo booth and enjoy spirited entertainment from our talented balloon artist.

Don’t miss the Hocus Pawcus Canine Costume Contest the day before on Saturday, October 26.
