Mary Sue Rich Banquet Hall

The 5,525 square-foot banquet hall is on the main floor of the Mary Sue Rich Community Center and includes an open-floor plan, banquet and event lighting, a foldable stage, a green room (with private restroom), and integrated audio and video capabilities. The banquet hall has direct access to a commercial kitchen. The banquet hall is designed for use as one large room and is also dividable into three sections with built-in hard partitions.The main banquet hall (in the large format) can seat 350 with banquet-style seating at round tables. Banquet section 1 (southern-most section adjacent to the kitchen) can seat about 130 at banquet-style at round tables. Theatre-style seating can seat about 154.Banquet section 2 (middle section with a stage) can seat about 120 at banquet-style round tables. Theatre-style seating can seat about 154.Banquet section 3 (northern-most section adjacent to the green room) can seat about 90 at banquet-style round tables. Theatre-style seating can seat about 124.The commercial-style warming kitchen is designed to service banquet and rental functions.Alcohol is permitted with an additional security deposit. The Renter must use a licensed caterer who holds a valid Caterer License for Beer, Wine, and Liquor Consumption on Premises – otherwise known as the 13CT license.

 

The integrated audio and video system is designed for a basic lecture and presentation format. The Center's audio and video system contains the following:

Microphones - two wireless microphone and one wired XLR microphone. Video Projectors in each room section. Projectors can be independent per room or showing all the same image.Video and/or PowerPoint - HDMI inputs in each room section. Must provide your own computer and presentation remote clicker. Background music. Headphone jack input. Must provide your own media player or computer. Stage Lighting. Basic one-color stage lights in simple colors. Lighting option is either on or off. No spotlight option.

Any additional Audio-visual needs will require a professional production company. The Renter shall be responsible for all professional production company fees and charges.
