Rivera is an award-winning comedian, teacher, and father whose relatable humor has entertained audiences across the country for decades. In addition to winning America’s Most Hilarious Teacher on ABC’s The View, Rivera has been featured on HBO, Showtime, and comedy stages around the world. Known for finding the humor in everyday life, family, education, and his own experiences, Rivera brings an energetic and highly relatable style of comedy that has made him a favorite with audiences nationwide.

Vien Phommachanh, better known as “The Comic Doc,” has one of the most unique résumés in comedy: doctor by day, comedian by night. A practicing ear, nose, and throat physician, Vien has performed across the United States and internationally, including shows in Los Angeles, Chicago, Nashville, Boston, Toronto, the Bahamas, and Australia.

He has appeared at major comedy festivals including the Asheville Comedy Festival, World Comedy Expo, North Carolina Comedy Festival, World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas, and Adelaide Fringe. Vien has also appeared on CBS, and his Dry Bar Comedy special, Open Up and Say “HAH,” debuted in 2024 and has generated more than four million views across social media.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m.
