Grandview World Nights hosts the Draft Horse World Series 2026, crowning the best of the best across multiple divisions, including breed-specific and all-breed categories. For centuries, draft horses completed strenuous work like pulling heavy wagons. Today, they take center stage in an elegant competition celebrating both their incredible strength and surprising refinement. Between events, explore the vibrant vendor village and discover why the bond between humans and draft horses remains unbreakable.

- Dates: Thursday, January 22 - Saturday, January 24, 2026
- Showtime: The arena opens at 2 p.m. daily and the competition begins at 4 p.m and ends at 6:30 p.m.
- Location: Arena 5, World Equestrian Center (1750 NW 80th Ave)

- Parking: Free parking is available around Arena 5 and into Expo 2.
Grandview World Nights Schedule
Watch Clydesdales, Belgians, and Percherons compete over three exciting evenings at World Equestrian Center. Highlights include:
- Team: Two horses hitched to a cart or carriage side by side.
- Tandem: Two horses positioned with one in front of the other.
- Unicorn: Three horses hitched as a team with one horse in front.
- Four Horse: Two teams of horses hitched together.
- Six Horse: Three teams of horses hitched together.
- Youth Cart: Young competitors drive a horse, or team of horses, harnessed to a cart or carriage.
- Ladies Cart Class: One horse is driven in a cart by a woman.
- Battle of the Sexes Cart: Men and women drivers compete in team-based classes with points awarded.
- English Riding Demonstration: Traditional riding style that emphasizes balance, precision, and refinement.
- Roman Riding Demonstration: Rider stands on two draft horses as they move, often at a gallop.
- Western Riding Demonstration: Showcase of Western riding techniques, equipment, and skills.
