The Travis Mills Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting post-9/11 veterans who have been permanently injured in service. Founded by quadruple amputee and retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Travis Mills and his wife, Kelsey, the Foundation offers a range of programs aimed at helping these veterans and their families overcome physical and emotional challenges, strengthen their relationships, and find healing and relaxation.
At the heart of their efforts is the Veterans Retreat in Rome, Maine, a fully accessible, all-expenses-paid facility that provides a barrier-free environment for veterans and their families to enjoy adaptive activities and connect with others.
