Enjoy the First Saturday Speakers Series at Silver Springs State Park, 10 AM in the Meeting Room of the Lundy Building on the first Saturday of each month. Speakers address a range of general interest topics from native plants, to gardening, to manatees, to prescribed fire. Please join us on October 3rd to welcome Maxine Hunter, IFAS Extension Agent, who will address "Longevity and Growing Things." The event is free with $2 park admission. Come enjoy a talk and a walk or a boat ride.
