Led by Misty Frye, this immersive sound bath combines guided meditation with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, inviting you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and embrace deep relaxation.
As the evening comes to a close, you’ll be invited to reflect on the past year with gratitude, release what no longer serves you, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
During a symbolic Luminaries on the Pond ceremony, participants will write a word, intention, or reflection before gently releasing a floating luminary onto the water, creating a beautiful display of hope, healing, renewal, and new beginnings.
