Performing Arts

Since 1950, the Ocala Civic Theatre has offered live, professional-quality musical and dramatic productions as it stands as the second largest community theater in Florida. The Marion Performing Ballet and the Ocala Dance Theatre also stage performances throughout the year and the College of Central Florida is the home of the Ocala Symphony Orchestra, a 60-member orchestra that plays a wide range of music.
